Summary:
Midwest Fastener Corp is seeking an entry level IT Help Desk Support Technician to perform user support, maintenance, and installation of the company technology systems.
Responsibilities:
PC setup, application implementation and software rollout; software maintenance; primary contact for hardware and software related issues, concerns, and enhancement requests.
Essential Job Functions:
Researches, evaluates, installs, configures, and troubleshoots all hardware.
Defines and takes proactive steps necessary to limit problems and minimize or eliminate system downtime.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent and/or combination of related experience.
Professional communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; courteous and friendly demeanor.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
