The Patient Communication Specialist is the first step in creating exceptional patient experiences for both new and established patients.
The ideal candidate will set the expectation for all future patient interactions with Southwest Michigan Dermatology by positively addressing the patient's needs while serving as liaison between the caller and the medical staff.
Responsibilities included but not limited to:
Answer and document incoming calls appropriately Schedule patient appointments Satisfy patient concerns within authority limits Update patient demographic records and verify insurance eligibility Maintain and complete regular patient communication Manage incoming referrals to completion Requirements:
