What you will do:
As an Executive Assistant and Communications Specialist, you will help the development of Stryker's powerful message of purpose, impact, and direction to our customers and internal teams for our executive leadership team.
As the coordinator and communication specialist for the VP of Finance and the President of the Medical BU, you will have a seat at the table with key stakeholders across the business and help bring clarity to our business direction.
You may also be asked to support other senior leaders as needs arise.
This is a hybrid position, and you will work from the office 60% of the time.
You will be empowered to create meaningful events, drive the rhythm of the business, and help build engagement across our site.
Provide administrative support requiring a good understanding of technical and business vocabulary and knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.
Gather, compile, verify, and analyze information for use in documents such as memos, letters, reports, speeches, presentations, and news releases.
Ensure communications are in alignment with the company's mission and values, strategy, and brand.
Partner with Marketing Communications partners to assist with leadership presentation design and content support for presentations, videos, and newsletters.
Assist with scheduling, logistics, and execution of local Town Halls, employee engagement events, leadership meetings, customer meetings, and more.
Update and maintain leadership calendars, events, and distribution lists.
Proofread work to ensure accuracy and no errors.
Lead special projects and perform other duties as required.
What you need:
Bachelor's degree required.
A degree in marketing, communications, event planning, or related specialty is preferred.
2
years of work experience required, 2
years of experience in communications, event planning, marketing, or related area highly preferred.
Expertise in Marketo, MS Office, Zoom, and Teams is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
