As our Digital Health Analyst supporting our Spine Enabling Technologies Division you will be responsible for gathering data on Spine patient surgery outcomes.
What You Will Do:
Develop deep understanding of our customer requirements and be the Subject Matter Expert in helping implement them.
Customer Account Optimization and ensure customers gain the most value out of the system Work closely with engineers to execute and implement customer specific solutions Ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and solidify commitment to our customers.
Customer product implementations Provide expert advice and analytics on system usage Review customer progress metrics and provide guidance to help customers reach their goals Proactively communicate with subscribers regarding new system changes or defects Review and analyze customer feedback to monitor customer satisfaction and document potential future system requirements Provide recommendations in furthering product design and development Create user-focused system documentation for BACS administrators Work closely with the engineers to analyze problems to find the best available solution What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree required Experience in a clinical office environment, preferred.

years experience with a digital health platform or Systems Support preferred.
Excellent in-person and remote client interaction skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Have a solid understanding of Software Life Cycle (SLC) methodologies and deliverables Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer's business processes as related to the BACS platform Basic IT knowledge- Experience installing and using web-based or mobile device business applications $57,000 - $115,000 salary plus bonus eligible
