Now hiring a Construction Superintendent for direct-hire in Portage, MI!Our client is a well-established construction and development firm specializing in both residential and commercial new construction, major remodeling projects, and real estate development.
They are now looking to add to their team for upcoming projects in the area.

Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor a cost-effective plan and schedule for the successful completion of assigned projects Hold weekly subcontractor schedule & coordination meetings Produce 2-3 week look ahead schedule Hold weekly toolbox meetings
Qualifications:
3
years of experience assisting or supervising construction projects Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office programs Ability to coordinate numerous activities and groups of people effectively Ability to pass pre-employment screenings If qualified and interested, apply today!
