This is an in-store sales/customer service position with many training opportunities for advancement.
Automotive experience is required.
Job Description:
A Counter Sales position is the front line sales positions for all of our Auto-Wares Company Stores.
We are looking for energized personalities with outstanding communication skills.
Planning for your success, Auto Wares arms all Counter persons with multiple training opportunities and other tools to ensure that they are providing the best service to our customers.
Responsible for store customer service through:
Customer Satisfaction:
Attitude and Focus Interest in Continuous Education in Auto Care Drive to Capture and Complete all Sales Ability to Multi Task and Operate Computer Cash Systems Outstanding Communication with Customer Service Follow-Up Handle Yourself as a Professional and Set an Example Ability to Operate Computer Systems Always Informing the Customer What You Can Do For Them Processing Returns Promptly and Accurately (No Hassles) Work with Delivery System for Top Notch Service.
Notify Manager of any Problems with Customers Maintain Store Appearance (Clean & Organized) Help Train Less Experienced Team Members.
