Position Summary
Stryker is implementing a ERP & MES (Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 & Camstar MES) systems and other systems supporting our manufacturing plants. These new solutions represents the foundation that will support the future growth of our company. This manager will be part of the GES department and is responsible for solution, ERP & MES deployments MES and other manufacturing applications.
The jobholder will be responsible to ensure the solution integrity, the alignment with the business requirements and the successful deployment globally. The type of activities the jobholder will be working on are project resource management, project management, gap analysis, solution design, solution build, rollout (Testing and post go live support) and enhancements.
The Program Manager will be a subject matter expert in our manufacturing applications footprint. Furthermore, the position entails good knowledge of several applications areas and integration points as well as driving important divisional and global projects

The jobholder will be responsible for working with business counterparts to understand and align with business objectives. They will resource projects and managing the resources during the execution of those projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To participate actively in the implementations of ERP, MES and any other projects supporting the Manufacturing plants at Stryker
Provide governance for solutions, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation
To Conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the local requirements
Ensure the integration between the project team, Support team and the business community
Maintain the design model during the program implementation, implement approved enhancements and support the rollout
Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction
Ensure processes consistency using the IT Methodologies defined at Stryker.
Conduct resource evaluations
Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within process area
Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation
Participate in status review meetings with business and IT teams and provide timely feedback
To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents.
To run functional, integration and solution acceptance testing
To lead teams of functional resources in a specific application area either in a global ERP project/deployment or in a divisional project
Defines, plans and manages the activities, including, budget, tasks, resources, timeframes, quality and deliverables
Consultant management and performance assessment
Site visits and project assessments
Education and Special Trainings
MBA in Information Systems or equivalent experiance
Project Management
Qualifications and Experience
Recent Oracle Manufacturing experience of full cycle implementation
Recent Camstar MES experience of full cycle implmentations
Oracle knowledge on multi-national cross-country implementations.
At least 12 years of professional experience in ERP & MES systems implementation activities (upgrades, new implementations and rollouts)
At least 5 full cycle implementations in Oracle EBS
At least 5 years of team lead experience with a minimum of 3 people (contractors or FTE)
Demonstrated functional knowledge of ERP in the Supply Chain area, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Purchasing areas are a must
Demonstrated project management experience
Demonstrated experience implementing or working with MES systems perferably Camstar
Experience in international / medical technology companies
Physical Requirements
Oracle eBusiness suite experience in a large manufacturing plants, cross-countries
Camstar MES experience
Excellent understanding of the main business functions in large-scale companies
Strong leadership skills
