Customer Service Support
We are now seeking a professional for Customer Service Support in the Portage, MI area! Trillium Staffing, a leader in the staffing industry is currently seeking a professional for a role in Customer Service Support. This position is responsible for the daily processing of COBRA notices (Qualifying Event and Initial Notice) from an Excel spreadsheet and requires strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines. This position involves processing and maintaining confidential information and completing local and state background checks. The hours are Monday - Friday from 8:
30am to 5pm. o Basic knowledge of COBRA is preferred but not required.
o Accurate data entry
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word - basic and Excel - intermediate)
