Responsible for planning, directing, and managing the strategic and tactical marketing activities for respective market segments which may include a variety of products. Assure the assigned segment(s) is marketed world-wide within budgeted objectives, focusing on maximizing profitability and increasing orders volume. Provide leadership and direction in market segment development, sales promotion, distribution and pricing guidelines. Project management to include: discovery, market and product research, new product development, and launch plan (collateral, press releases, in-service videos, advertisements, and trade show participations). Order forecasting on a monthly basis. Collecting, analyzing and maintaining competitive information including product literature and pricing and communicates information as appropriate within the organization. Provide sales support. Participate in sales training. Participate in customer visits as the resident product/market expert. Manage budgeted expenses. May manage one or more associates including: scheduling, providing technical assistance, and employee development which include: hiring, communicating company policies, coaching and counseling, administering performance appraisals, and enforcing company policies through appropriate disciplinary measures. Travel required up to 40% within assigned territory.
Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree in business with an emphasis in marketing or in a related discipline. Two (2) years of related experience in a previous marketing, sales, clinical, or research position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
