Position Title:
Randomization Administrator
Position Overview
Responsible for ensuring that customers and Third Party
Administrators/Collectors, are fully satisfied with the services that they receive
from Forensic Fluid Laboratories, that they have all of the training and supplies
necessary to do testing.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Manages Global Testing schedules.
2. Develops positive relationships with customers.
3. Maintains randomization hotline.
4. Serves as a point of contact and relationship development for
communications and training for Independent contractors (TPA
collectors).
5. Program liaison for DHS, agencies, and collectors.
6. Training and user ID management
7. Enters new collectors into LIMS system. Creates LIMS profile and then
maintains that profile to include:
changes in contact information,
completion of training certifications, etc.
8. Conducts Go To Meeting webinars for collectors and customers on proper
testing techniques, and submission.
9. Maintains HIPAA confidentiality at all times.

on required specifications and on schedule.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and (2) years or more of customer service related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous
experience in a laboratory environment is preferred. Other required skills include
the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and exercise good
judgment and initiative. Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational
skills, and the ability to proactively solve problems, plan and coordinate projects,
multitask and prioritize, and accurately proofread materials and communications.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and/or related contact management
system is desired.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
